The stay here was really enjoyable, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with ideal location just off trains and Princes Street where the Christmas Market is held...

Spotless & big venue, absolutely superb views. Decent suite was well-organised. The staff was useful, nothing was to much trouble and they were more than helpful. A buffet breakfast was healthy, included outstanding dishes. Absolutely fabulous location, relatively near a national portrait gallery.

My favorite hotel in Edinburgh, the staff was very polite. Room was airy, airy. Amazing spot. Nice garden and amazing pool area. There were strong internet and paid parking available.

Extraordinary breakfast, clean pool, charming position. All in all it's reasonably clean place, they have very big beds.

Modest modest rooms, very frendly staff, delicious breakfast. It was nice having air conditioning, WiFi and hairdryer. There was an elegant restaurant at a near distance from the hotel. Service was very good during my stay too.

Great value for money, you're getting helpful service. Bathroom is luxurious, beds are very comfy, staff are super courteous. It's found in a modern area, within walking distance of many landmarks of Edinburgh.

Fine breakfast and exceptional personnel. The room was tidy and come with air conditioning, balcony and hairdryer. The Michelin star rated restaurant and lobby bar were also available.

Booked it for 3 days and had a such wonderful experience. The room was refurbished, spotless with an internal view of the quadrangle.

It is PICTURE PERFECT and fairly clean hotel, and location is wonderful. Extremely comfy room with really comfy bed and a luxury bathroom. Extremely helpful staff and were more than helpful. Lots of meals for breakfast, including boiled eggs, coffee, bread, meats and pastries.

i stayed here 2 nights and i enjoyed it. the bar staff paid attention to every detail. this was exactly the queen room i wanted in edinburgh. only 5 min walk to downtown. it was really a 3-star hotel as stated in the description.

Stunning location, great beds, loyal staff. We had a classic queen room with a heating system, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Living in the historical centre of the town gives a special feeling👍🙂🙂
